Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from contaminants like moss, mould, oil stains, and dirt. Use a pressure washer or Kingfisher Max Strength Patio Cleaner for thorough cleaning. Allow the surface to dry completely.
2. Repairs: Replace any damaged or cracked paving elements. Refill joints with appropriate materials such as kiln-dried sand or Kingfisher Blockfill.
3. Biocidal Wash Treatment: After cleaning and drying, apply Kingfisher Bio Wash to the entire surface to inhibit future organic growth. Do not rinse off; allow it to dry completely.
4. Application: Apply Ultimate Topcoat neat (without dilution) using a brush, roller, or solvent-resistant sprayer. For sealing, apply two coats, allowing 3–4 hours between coats. For curing aid applications on green concrete, apply one coat as soon as surface moisture has evaporated.
5. Post-Application: Avoid applying if rain is imminent, in high humidity, or if temperatures are below +5 °C over the following 24 hours. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying.

• Flammable: Store in original packaging in a cool, dry place away from sources of ignition and direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children. No smoking during application.
• Wear appropriate protective clothing, gloves, and eye protection during application.
• Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
• Do not allow runoff to contaminate drains, waterways, or planted areas.
• Shelf Life: 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored correctly.
