K-Seal Total is the recommended base for long-term colour and surface enhancement, drying to a satin finish on dense substrates or a matt sheen on more porous materials. For best results, use in conjunction with Kingfisher Bio Wash and compatible jointing systems.

Application Instructions

1. Preparation: Remove debris, dirt, algae, and moss using Kingfisher Bio Wash. Allow surface to fully dry before sealing.
2. Test Area: Apply a small patch to verify adhesion and finish.
3. Apply Evenly: Use a brush, roller, or solvent-compatible sprayer. Avoid pooling; allow product to absorb.
4. Second Coat: For porous or heavily trafficked areas, apply a second coat after 3–4 hours.
5. Curing: Keep surface dry and traffic-free for at least 24 hours after final application.

Precautions & Limitations

• Not suitable for sealed, non-porous, or damp surfaces
• Apply only in dry, mild conditions with no rain forecast within 24 hours
• Ensure good ventilation—flammable product with solvent content
• Use appropriate PPE; avoid inhalation and contact with skin or eyes
