- Coverage: 1–2 m² per litre for single thick coat or 0.5 m² per litre for two thin coats
- Application Temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C
- Service Temperature: –20 °C to +70 °C
- Shelf Life: 9 months from manufacture (sealed, cool dry storage)
Application Instructions
- Surface Prep: Remove dirt, grease, and loose debris. Do not apply to frosty or greasy surfaces. Power wash if required (avoid high-pressure on asbestos)
- Biological Control: Apply Kingfisher Biocidal Wash to treat and inhibit moss or algae before sealing
- Application: Stir well and apply with a stiff-bristled brush or heavy-duty roller. Apply in one thick or two thin coats, depending on the area and porosity
- Crack Bridging: For joints or cracks, embed fibre mesh or fleece between coats, ensuring air pockets are eliminated
- Drying: Allow 24 hours for surface cure; longer in cooler or humid conditions. Apply second coat once first is fully cured

- Suitable substrates: Felt, concrete, slate, fibre cement, bitumen, lead, metal sheeting, and corrugated asbestos
- Unsuitable for: Plastic, timber, or freshly poured concrete without priming
- Can be overcoated after full curing with selected acrylic or elastomeric topcoats

- Clean-Up: Use white spirit immediately after use
