SX Mighty Strength MS Polymer is a professional-grade, solvent-free adhesive and sealant based on advanced MS Polymer technology. It delivers exceptional grab strength, flexibility, and durability on a wide range of building materials. Suitable for both bonding and sealing applications, it adheres to damp surfaces, is UV-resistant, and can be used internally and externally for structural joints, perimeter seals, panel bonding, and general construction tasks.

Application Instructions
- Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and free from grease, oil, or old sealant. For best adhesion, clean with a suitable solvent.
- Apply Product: Cut nozzle to desired bead size and apply using a standard or pneumatic sealant gun.
- Tooling: Smooth sealant with a spatula or wetted finger within the skin time.
- Curing: Full cure occurs at approx. 2–3mm per 24 hours depending on humidity and substrate.
Limitations
- Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, or bituminous surfaces.
- Do not apply to surfaces with standing water or high alkalinity without compatibility testing.
Health & Safety
Solvent-free and low hazard. Use standard PPE such as gloves and eye protection during application. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full health and safety information.
