EVERBUILD® STIXALL® Extreme Power is a high-performance, one-part, chemically curing, solvent-free adhesive and sealant. Combining the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane technologies, it is specifically designed for adhering most common building surfaces to each other and themselves.

Product Details

• Packaging: 290ml cartridge, 80ml squeezy tube.
• Colours Available: Black, Brown, Grey, Natural, White, Crystal Clear.
• Shelf Life: 12 months (290ml), 24 months (80ml) from date of manufacture.
• Storage Conditions: Store in cool, dry conditions between +5°C and +25°C.
• Density: ~1.5 g/cm³ (colours), 1.02 g/cm³ (Crystal Clear).
• Shore A Hardness: Approximately 50.

Application Instructions

1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust or grease.
2. Cut the cartridge nozzle to the required width and angle.
3. Apply using a standard sealant gun, ensuring even pressure.
4. For bonding, apply in beads and press surfaces together firmly.
5. For sealing, smooth the bead within 5 minutes of application.

Limitations

• Use mechanical fixings for overhead applications or heavy items.
• Not suitable for glazing systems or aquarium manufacture.
• Do not use on surfaces that bleed oils or plasticizers.
• In areas of high UV exposure, some discoloration may occur; this does not affect performance.
• Test compatibility with specific paints before overpainting large areas.

Cleaning of Tools

Clean tools immediately after use with a suitable solvent or Everbuild Wonder Wipes. Once cured, material can only be removed mechanically.
