Biokil Crown 3mm Meshed Membrane Clear is a high-quality cavity drainage and damp-proofing membrane manufactured from clear, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with a pre-bonded mesh surface to accept direct plaster or render. Designed for above-ground internal applications, it isolates damp, salt-contaminated, or friable masonry from internal finishes, providing a long-lasting solution for damp-proofing and wall restoration in refurbishment, heritage, or domestic projects.

Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation: Remove loose debris. No need to clean salts or fully dry the wall surface.
- Membrane Fixing: Position membrane with mesh facing into the room and secure with plugs at 250mm centres.
- Sealing Joints: Overlap mesh or butt joint membrane sheets and seal using Sealing Tape or Overtape.
- Apply Finish: Apply plaster, lime mortar, or Biokil Crown Renovating Render directly onto the mesh surface.
Limitations
- Not suitable for use on floors or in below-ground waterproofing without full system specification.
- Protect from UV exposure before finishing with render or plaster.
