Fast-Drying Flexible Decorators Filler and Sealant

EVERBUILD® EVERFLEX® 125 One Hour Caulk is a high-quality, fast-drying acrylic caulk designed for sealing and filling cracks and gaps prior to decorating. It can be overpainted with most paint types or covered over with wallpaper after just 60 minutes, eliminating the need for sanding.

Product Details

• Chemical Base: Acrylic.
• Packaging: Available in 300ml and 380ml cartridges.

• Storage Conditions: Store in cool, dry conditions and protect from frost.
• Density: Approximately 1.62 – 1.70 g/cm³.
• Solid Content: 80–84%.
• Shore A Hardness: Approximately 50.
• Elongation at Break: >100% to ISO8339.

Application Instructions

1. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust and grease.
2. Cut the tip of the cartridge, taking care not to damage the thread.
3. Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to the desired bead size and screw onto the cartridge.
4. Apply using a standard sealant gun.
5. Smooth down within 20 minutes of application using a wetted spatula, piece of wood, or wetted finger. Avoid saturating the surface as this will delay drying.
6. Any excess sealant can be removed using a sponge and warm water.

Limitations

• Not for use in conjunction with bitumen or asphalt.
• Do not attempt to abrade when cured.
• Do not overpaint until a surface skin has formed.
• Certain poor-quality paints (especially certain vinyl matts) have very little movement in the dry film. It is possible for the dry paint film to crack if movement is excessive.

Cleaning of Tools

Clean tools with warm soapy water immediately after use.
