Biokil Crown Anti-Condensation Coating is a specialist thermal paint designed to reduce surface condensation and prevent associated mould growth on walls and ceilings. By raising the temperature of treated surfaces, it reduces the likelihood of moisture settling, helping to create a more hygienic and comfortable indoor environment. Ideal for use in kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, and other areas prone to damp and cold surfaces.

Application Instructions

1. Surface Prep: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease, flaking paint, and mould. Pre-treat with Biokil Crown Biocidal Wash if necessary.
2. Application: Stir thoroughly. Apply a minimum of two coats, allowing sufficient drying time between coats.
3. Finishing: May be overpainted with standard water-based decorative finishes once fully dry.

Limitations

• Not suitable for exterior use or areas subject to persistent water ingress.
• Do not apply below 8°C or in high humidity conditions.
